We accept that companies change, that technology advances and that the world turns. But when it comes to our own life, we often cling to the idea that we should always be the same person. Nothing could be further from reality!.
The Power of Reinvention: A Mirror in Music
Let's think of figures like Madonna. His career of more than 40 years is not due to repeating a formula, but to his radical ability to reinvent himself. She has been able to bury previous versions of herself to make way for the next one. He has been able to say goodbye to his own eras in time.
My Own Life: A Journey of Multiple Chapters

Like the great artists, our life is not a single uninterrupted path. If I look at my own story, I see clearly how I have traveled through several different "lives":
Chapter 1: I was born and raised in a country, where I became a mother for the first time.
Chapter 2: I emigrated, extended my family to a new home and co-created a company from scratch.
Chapter 3: I faced a divorce and I also had to leave behind that company that took me so much effort to build.
Today, I am at the beginning of a new chapter, undertaking again both personally and professionally. Each of these twists required me to say goodbye to a version of myself and an environment that no longer existed.
The Danger of Getting Stuck
True stagnation is not turning years old or facing a crisis; it is refusing to accept that a stage is over. When we cling to a role, a job or an identity that no longer corresponds to us, we block our ability to move forward. It's like trying to drive looking only at the rearview mirror.
The Illusion of Permanence
To laugh that we are immutable is comfortable, but it prevents us from growing. What at the age of 30 was your absolute priority, today may not make sense. And that's not a failure; it's natural evolution.
Each stage of life has its own rules and priorities. You can't live in the present with the rules of a version of yourself that no longer exists.
The Price of Not Letting Go
The resistance to releasing what has already fulfilled its cycle becomes an invisible weight. It makes us defensive and prevents us from enjoying new opportunities. To embrace the present and the future clearly, we must first:
Looking straight at the past: Where we got it right, where we weren't so right, lessons learned. Write, don't just repeat the thoughts
Thank the learning: Write what you feel, what you think
Give a definitive closure to that stage: In body and mind, you are your own priority, loose but really ...😎💕
Your New Era Begins Now
At 50, 60 or more, you're not at the end of the road. You are at the beginning of a new and exciting stage, just as I am now. Allow yourself to let go of the expectations of your "I" from the past and embrace the person you are today. You have the experience and wisdom necessary to make this stage the best of your life!
